There is nothing but eternal bliss in the Self, but because of the intents that harbor anger, pride, deceit and greed, the bliss of the Self becomes veiled.

Where discussions about the Self (Atma) and the absolute Self (Parmatma) are taking place, there will be bliss. There are no worldly discussions taking place over there. There are no discussions about acquiring good attributes or virtues over there.

Without the 'applied awareness' of the Soul, 'happiness' cannot arise.
